🔈 Tech Leaders spend approx. 17 hours per week on insufficient communication, clarifying information, and pointless meetings! Do you want to get this time back?
🔈 High stress level, often connected to people not understanding us, is the NUMBER 1 thing that puts leaders in the burnout zone. Do you want to get rid of that stress to be calm and efficient instead?
I had the pleasure of participating in several leadership trainings led by Aleksandra, and she is truly one of the best trainers I’ve met in my professional journey.
Her Leadership Academy sessions were practical, well-structured, and grounded in real leadership challenges. Working with the PCM model was a game-changer for me — it genuinely blew my mind. It helped me better understand my own communication patterns, how I function under stress, and how to regulate myself more effectively.
I highly recommend Aleksandra to anyone who wants to grow as a leader and elevate their communication skills in a meaningful and practical way.

I'm happy to recommend Aleksandra as wonderful trainer, able to inspire, teach and explain all the hard parts of leader's job. I was lucky to take part few training lead by her. Also she's a great colleague, always positive and open minded person.

I highly recommend Aleksandra's trainings on communication for data and analytics professionals!
What stood out for me was Alex's flexibility in adapting the content to the audience: thanks to broad expertise, she didn't have to follow a strict script, but could provide additional context and frameworks (e.g., ok-ok framework, workstyles categories) as needed.
What I see as the most important outcome of the training is that I already see a behavior change in my team: they are excited about getting more speaking opportunities and want to continue developing their communication skills. This would be extremely hard to achieve with off-the-shelf training.
Thank you, Alex, for a great learning experience!

Global Data Science Chapter Lead | Reckitt
I had the pleasure of working with Ola for over six months, focusing primarily on streamlining processes and communication at the highest levels of the organization. She is an exceptionally competent, professional, and energetic individual whose dedication translates into quickly gaining the trust of her colleagues. All of our jointly established goals were achieved. I wholeheartedly recommend working with her.

The mistake most tech leaders make is they think the "do-it-yourself" route is cheaper. What they don't take into account is how slow and ineffective than can be.
Or worse...
...the costs associated with every mistake you make with a weak CQ muscle. People will gladly go and find a different team or a company to work for, since you're not the only person in the world they can work with.
So next, people just say, "Okay, can you do it for me, Alex?", "Can you just talk to my team so I can focus on things that are not people-related?"
Which is possible! You can hire a professional People Leader or assign only to your HR Person and expect to pay somewhere between $3,500 and $8,000 per month. IF you get an approval, of course...
If you're like me, you want to be competent and trustworthy without that cost. The only solution is to MASTER the CQ Method yourself!
This is your chance to learn from me so you can skyrocket your learning curve in little time.
And you can master my ENTIRE CQ Leadership Method for just $497. This is the lowest price this program will cost, and it's not going to happen EVER again!

My name is Aleksandra Lemańska. I'm a former violinist, turned management engineer, turned organizational psychologist. I support Tech Leaders with transforming the way they lead and create a work environment that their people don't have and don't quit. I use Process Communication Model® (PCM®) as a framework full of algorithms to save approx. 17 hours PER WEEK on insufficient communication with others.
I believe that strengthening the muscle of Communication Intelligence (CQ) will give us our time back so we can invest it in creating value from the things that really matter. I think that we all prefer (myself included) to work on our products, improving things so they work better, not endless conflicts, misunderstandings, and not-delivered tasks.
No preparation, training, mentoring. Nothing. I didn't even know where to start.
So I've made a decision: I'm going to be a leader that I want to have for myself. I will avoid all of those horrible things I've experienced myself in the past from having the worst leaders ever and everything's going to be fine.
Don't get me wrong, I got plenty of great feedback. I teach leaders on a daily basis, so I better know how to do it myself, right?
Well, yes and no.
I made a lot of mistakes and I could've avoid that cost me efficiency, time, value that I could've bring to the people with my team. And based on my experience and a lot of things I learn every day to support leaders like you, I want to spare you the pain and months or years of trial and error.
Because the truth is that being a leader that you want to have is not a solution. Even if your intentions are good.
It's selfish. And I've learn it the hard way.
And you can do it different, you're just one step from it.
Let's make it happen together!
Alex
